Our story
Doing the same job, better
Sebastian Lee, Founder
Sebastian Lee spent over 20 years working in the industry before founding Space B Tiling in 2019. He didn't want to do the same thing differently. He wanted to do it better. The company is built on a different set of values to the standard subcontractor, and is known for delivering on tight, demanding programmes without compromising on quality or customer service.
Our services include bathroom installations, kitchen fitting, wall and floor tiling, painting and decorating, plastering and carpentry. Tiling includes ceramic, porcelain and natural stone, large format and small format. Our team has 12 people. Only gas and electrical work is subcontracted.
Bathrooms can be full supply and fit, or fit only. Kitchens are fit only: you supply the units and we install them. Either way, you deal with one team from first visit to final clean-up.
We're based in Barry and cover the Vale of Glamorgan, Cardiff and Newport, including Barry, Cardiff, Newport, Vale of Glamorgan, Penarth, Dinas Powys and the surrounding towns.

Standard jobs: 30% deposit, balance on completion. Larger jobs: 30% deposit, then staged payments through the job.
