About us
These terms apply to work carried out by Space B Tiling Ltd, 10 Redbrink Crescent, Barry, CF62 5TT.
Site visits and quotes
Site visits and quotes are always free. We aim to provide your quote within 5 days. Fixed price is standard. Exceptions are jobs with extenuating circumstances that cannot be priced as a single unit.
Scope of work
Bathrooms are available as full supply and fit or fit only with customer-supplied sanitaryware. Kitchens are fit only, using units supplied by the customer. The team has 12 people. All trades are carried out in-house except gas and electrical work, which is subcontracted. Space B Tiling can manage the full project from start to finish or work alongside your own contractors, depending on your needs.
Payment
Standard jobs: 30% deposit, balance on completion. Larger jobs: 30% deposit, then staged payments through the job.
Workmanship guarantee
All work carries a 2-year workmanship guarantee covering workmanship and sundry materials. It excludes acts of God and items or materials supplied by the customer but fitted by Space B Tiling.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
